FAQs on the MM WB
Still have questions?
Ask about on-road price, variant specs, dealers near you or finance. The trucks-india.com desk replies within one working day.
The Force Traveller 3700 MM WB costs about Rs 12 lakh to Rs 16 lakh ex-showroom. On-road price is higher because RTO tax, insurance and registration get added on top, and those change by state. Ask two or three dealers in your city, because discounts differ.
The Force Traveller 3700 MM WB gives about 11 kmpl. Your actual figure depends on load, road condition and driving style. With a 70 litre tank, that is roughly 770 km on one full tank.
Rated payload is 1,564 kg. Gross vehicle weight is 4,280 kg, which is the truck plus the load together. Stay inside this figure. Overloading breaks springs and tyres early and invites fines at the check post.
The Force Traveller 3700 MM WB uses a 2,596 cc diesel engine, 114 HP, 350 Nm of torque. It meets BS VI-II norms.
Gross vehicle weight is 4,280 kg, or about 4.28 tonnes. GVW is the total allowed weight of the truck plus body plus goods, and it decides which licence and permit you need.
It is mainly used for parcel and courier. If your daily load and route match that kind of work, this truck fits.
It comes with a 5 Speed manual gearbox. A manual gearbox keeps the running cost and the repair bill lower, and most workshops can handle it.
Air conditioning is not listed as standard on this version. Some dealers fit it as an accessory, so ask for the price before you book.
It has 4 tyres in a 4x2 layout. Tyre size is 215/75 R15 LT.
Force Motors gives a manufacturer warranty on this truck. The exact months and kilometre limit change by model and state, so get it in writing from your dealer at the time of booking.
The closest options at this size are Eicher Pro 2049 CNG (4,995 kg GVW, from about Rs 12 lakh), Tata 407g Gold SFC (4,995 kg GVW, from about Rs 10.98 lakh) and Mahindra Jayo CNG (4,850 kg GVW, from about Rs 10 lakh). Compare payload, mileage and the service network on your own route before you decide, because those three decide your cost per km more than the sticker price does.
Yes. The Force Traveller 3700 MM WB has a GVW of 4,280 kg, within the 7,500 kg light motor vehicle limit. The Supreme Court ruled on 6 November 2024 that an LMV licence holder may drive a transport vehicle of this weight without a separate transport licence. Hazardous-goods work needs extra qualifications.
